After a month of research and a trip to LA's largest luggage store I think I found the perfect luggage. Boy, was this salesman happy to see me coming. Too bad he really was the worst salesman ever. No matter how many times I kept telling him I just want the lightest luggage available, he was much more worried about the zipper quality.
So I now have my new laptop, camera, passport and luggage. I'm ready to take on the world.

I have to second her opinion of the salesman. Even after Marcia mentioned several accoutrements she needed (cosmetics bag, straps, etc.), he didn't bring them to her attention. She had to find them on her own, almost as she was walking out the door. But she did get a great deal on some lovely - and light! - luggage. Nice guy, good deals, just not a very good listener.
